The service is not a replacement for professional teaching, clinical support, safeguarding support, or formal educational advice.\n\n## **Educational and AI limitations**\n\nThe service uses AI-generated or AI-assisted lessons, assessments, reviews, and speech output. AI content may be incomplete, inaccurate, unsuitable, or unavailable. Guardians should review learner progress and should not rely on the service as the sole source of a child's education. Paid subscriptions are purchased by guardians for individual learners. Free trial access may be restricted and may not generate new AI or TTS content. Cancellation and refund details are set out in our [**Cancellations and Refunds Policy**](https:\/\/legal.tutaur.co.uk\/cancellation-refund).\n\n## **Account deletion and learner data**\n\nGuardians can request deletion of learner accounts and account data subject to legal, billing, safety, and operational retention requirements. Deleted learner accounts can be restored by the guardian for up to 30 days, after which they are permanently erased.
